Details to opening Macintosh (Apple, MAC) applications!?

I need some details to opening macintosh applications on a Windows 7 computer. For example, I want to use a program called Parallels from Apple and it is in the file format .dmg but it does not open at all in Windows 7. I tried WinZip, 7Zip and MagicIso but I need help "DETAILS" on how to open dmg in windows 7. As many details as possible. And if you have some good free programs from MAC and want to tell me PLEASE DO.
