I'm sorry but you're going to have to refuse and do what you want, without her consent, because you can. It is both illegal and irrational to do such things, and I fear that she may have to be taken to the psych ward for doing such things. Have her see a psychiatrist and if she refuses, find a way to force her to do it, because from the looks of it, she is a negatively insane totalitarian. For the case of work and play, I would go out anyway, and take my stuff back, and if she forcefully tries to take it back, then you have the right to call 911 and have her taken away, because what she is doing is theft and assault. Also, she's an idiot, because renting an apartment is in no way wrong, and she can't find you a job and force you to have that job because no one can force you to have a job. Also, you can pay your student loans by yourself, and not have her pay it, so you don't have to give her money every month. And finally, you're 26; there is a low chance of being kidnapped and remember, you aren't a child anymore, you are old enough to make your own decisions.
