How to care for 4 baby starlings?

i found a nest that ad been destroyed after the storm and there were baby birds scattered, so i took them in and put them in a box i hav had them for 3 days now and i hav been feeding them bread soaked in milk which i found out im not supposed to do, so i must now feed them dog food soaked in water. but no bird rehabilitation places in my state will take starlings, i would just keep them but their are FOUR!!! and if i do decide to care for them can i let them go once they can get food on their own? and how am i supposed to teach them to fly? please help!!
