Does this girl, in middle school, know I like her? And if she does, does she like me back?

I have like this girl for two years, since 5th grade, and I have been through a lot the last month-and-a-half. She has always been there for me, like when I was sitting alone at lunch she would come over to me, half way across the room, and ask "Hey, what's wrong?" And I would say "Huh? Oh. Nothing." And she would be like "Come on, I know you better than that. What's wrong?" So, I would explain and she would sit there listening. And afterward she would say, "Well, I am sorry, if there is something I can do, tell me" And she would go back to her table. And finish eating lunch, while looking over towards me a few times. So, I am confused, does she like me back? Well, I can't go talk to her, because her parents hate me, they haven't met me though, and she hasn't messaged me back it's probably cause she is in major trouble for her under-aged drinking and put into a rehabilitation center. And I have strong feelings for her, but I don't know how to tell her that, I have tried to write a song, and a poem for her both in the last two days. And I want to move to Greece, and she said she would love to move to Greece. And we both love Greek Mythology, so we connected over that, as well as natural similarities. We love reading, in fact I let her borrow my Percy Jackson series and she had it back to me in a few days. She has let me borrow Lost Hero, and is going to let me borrow her Throne of Fire book.
