Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter?

Did the LRO (Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter) take high res photos of the moon? Where can I see the ENTIRE moon in high res? Google Earth gives patchy images and that's not what I want. Shouldn't we have the entire moon surface (and Mars by the way) all in HD resolution by now? Thanks for any pointers.
