Drug test first day of a new job considered pre-employment?

I dont know how long it takes to get the results of a drug test, but if it comes back positive for weed, they will most likely take the keys back from you and fire you. It doesnt matter that you signed a contract and have been working for a couple days. Im pretty sure any use of drugs voids any contract you signed. Good luck man
