Help computer problem?

when my computer reboots before it gets to the windows screen it says fatal error one or more table pointers are invalid modification could be unsafe press any button to continue anfter that it loads the windows screen and it runs like it supposed to so i was wondiring how to get rid of it saying fatal error one or more table pointers are invalid modification could be unsafe with out having to get rid of the windows 7 os .
