IBoot OSX Snow Leopard help?

Only nerds are going to get this. I'm fixing to run iBoot on my pc and was wondering if I have OSX in (.iso) form recorded on a cd will it still install the OS with no problem. Or does it absolutly have to be in (.dmg) form?
