Any suggestions for my Blue Deck: Magic the Gathering?

If I were you, I would run Jace the Mind Sculptor, Preordain, and Jace Beleren. Grand Architect does not work in this deck as you have 0 artifacts to make use of his other ability. Sure its nice that he gives +1/+1 to your creatures but there are better options.
