I REALLY need help on getting a job ! 16 years old ?

I REALLY need a job that pays good money. My family has been struggling with everything for as long as I can remember. I decided to take responsiblity and try and get a job. I applied at Walgreens online because I could easily walk there and I tried Bi-lo because I know someone who works there. Could you give me some pointers on how to get the job and how much each pays? Thanks , I really appreicate it ! :)
