Will mental health go on my CV... VERY worried?

i was diagnosed with anorexia nervosa, and spent 4 months in a mental health hospital rehabilitation thing, (im out now, but still suffering) and whenever i go to a dentist or stuff like that, it always says "anorexia nervosa and depressive symptoms" under 'other info' on all the paper work. i was wondering if this will go on my CV,or anything that might effect me getting a place at uni, or getting a job, i'm really worried :s and do universities take stuff like this into account when deciding weather to accept you or not
